A. Functies

1. In Display toont het display Uur, Minuut, Seconde, Weekdag, Datum, Maand, Dag, Temperatuur.
2. Functies: 12-/24-uursnotatie.

7. Functies: Stopwatch.

B. Functie

Druk in Tijdweergavemodus op E (3 keer) om tijdweergavemodus in te stellen. Houd E ingedrukt om Instelling te wijzigen.

C. Modus

Functies: Tijdweergavemodus.

Instelling

Instelling: Instelmodus.

• Houd A 2 seconden ingedrukt om instelling te openen.
• Druk op B om naar instelling over te schakelen.
• Druk op C om de waarde te verlagen. Druk op D om de waarde te verhogen. Houd C ingedrukt om instelling te wijzigen.

E. Modus

1. Instelling: Stappenteller.
   Houd D 3 seconden ingedrukt om stappenteller in te schakelen.

   Houd A 2 seconden ingedrukt om instelling te openen.
   Druk op B om naar instelling over te schakelen.
   Druk op C om de waarde te verlagen. Druk op D om de waarde te verhogen. Houd C ingedrukt om instelling te wijzigen.

• Druk op C om eenheid, Metrische eenheden, Imperiale eenheden te selecteren.
• Gewicht (20, 200, 44, 441).
• Instelling: Afstand, 180Cm (30, 12, 71).

F.Stopwatch

• Druk op C om stopwatch te stoppen.
• Druk op A om stopwatch op nul te zetten.

• Functies: Stopwatch, Uur, Minuut, Seconde, 23 uur, 59 minuten, 59.99 seconden.
• Functies: Tijd.
• Functies: Stopwatch.

G.Alarm

• Druk op C om alarm, Alarm1, Alarm2, Alarm3 te selecteren.
• Druk op D om alarm uit te schakelen.
• Houd A 2 seconden ingedrukt om instelling te openen.
• Druk op B om naar instelling over te schakelen.
• Druk op C om de waarde te verlagen. Druk op D om de waarde te verhogen. Houd C ingedrukt om instelling te wijzigen.
  

Instructies

• Functies: Alarm.
• Als er in de instelmodus 1 minuut lang geen handeling wordt uitgevoerd, wordt de huidige instelling opgeslagen en de instelmodus afgesloten.
• Op de ingestelde alarmtijd klinkt het alarm 10 seconden; druk op een willekeurige knop om het te stoppen.

Functies: Stappenteller.

• Druk op C om dag, Stappenteller, 7-day weer te geven.
• Druk op D om calorieën, Gegevens, Dag weer te geven.

• Druk op B om naar instelling over te schakelen.
