FantaStreet ships internationally from China and, where available, other fulfilment locations. Shipping options, charges and estimates are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, item, weight and order value.

1. General shipping information

We currently ship to many destinations across North America, Europe, East and South Asia, the Middle East, Russia, Oceania, Africa and South America. Service availability is subject to carrier coverage, local law and product restrictions.

2. Processing time

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions, major holidays, product launches or other high-volume periods.

3. Shipping rates and estimated transit times

The following table reflects FantaStreet’s currently published standard rates. Final available methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Transit estimates begin after dispatch. Total delivery time equals processing time plus transit time. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carrier disruptions, weather, local delivery conditions, holidays and events outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking

All packages include tracking. We will email the tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after a label is created or a parcel enters the carrier network.

5. Customs duties and taxes

Shipments from China are sent duty unpaid unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and customs charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. If a customer refuses a parcel because of duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for the resulting return, customs and handling costs.

6. Address and delivery restrictions

Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact phone number. PO Box addresses are supported for standard shipping. Expedited shipping requires a physical address and signature. Military addresses and restricted areas may not be supported by every carrier. Available methods are confirmed at checkout.

7. Failed delivery and returned packages

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs charges or another customer-controlled issue, it may be returned. We will contact you when possible. Redelivery may require an additional shipping and handling payment. The Return & Refund Policy describes deductions that may apply to undeliverable orders.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, a parcel appears lost, or the package arrives damaged, email support@fantastreet.com promptly with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-receipt claims should be reported as soon as possible and no later than three months after dispatch, unless mandatory law provides a longer period.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect carrier services, rates, destinations, legal requirements or operational changes. The current version will remain available on this page.
