After you place an order:
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into "My Account". Or track the status through the 3-party website: 17track.net, EC-Firstclass.
- Delivery time can be affected by variable customs clearance time or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a CONTACT FORM at the bottom for help.
- It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
According to different products, we provide two types of packaging. If necessary, we will provide private packaging for some products.
Your package may look like one of the following.
All shipments from China are duty unpaid. Therefore, if the declared amount of the package exceeds the tax exemption stipulated by the destination country, the destination customs may impose import duties. If any, these costs must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer shall bear full responsibility for all return fees, customs fees, and handling fees.

We could all use some extra time. If your new, unworn item is not 100% to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the original ship date to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
